Hershey, Pennsylvania

Taking a trolley ride through Hershey, Pennsylvania to learn about the story and history of Hershey
Getting ready to make their own candy bars
Watching our candy bars being made
There's Ava's candy bar
Kaleb watching his candy bar go by
We even got to design our own wrappers

Les lives only a 100+ miles to Hershey, Pennsylvania, and we were able to take the kids twice. We had so much fun. Designing our own candy bars, eating lots of chocolate, listening to the story of how Hershey was the first chocolate in the U.S, spending two full fun filled exhausting days riding roller coasters, going to zoo america, and playing in Hershey parks water park. This was the kids' favorite part of our trip. It was so much fun. They are finally getting old enough that it no longer is work...but so much fun. No more naps, being carried, and they are finally tall enough to ride the bigger rides. Les and I truly enjoyed it too...and we may just have created roller coaster junkies. The kids even got t-shirts that say, I survived the super dooper looper at Hershey Park. We sent out many care packages full of chocolates...and had a blast.
