Camping in Flintstone, MD

We went camping in Flintstone, MD a few weekends ago and had so much fun.  We have a 5th wheel back home, and the kids were just devastated to not do any camping this summer.  So...Les, decided to go out and buy a tent.  The BIGGEST and of course BEST tent he could find.  HA HA.  We haven't tent camped in probably 7-8 years.  This thing was like a mansion.  You could stand up in it, fit two queen size air mattresses in it, and still have a ton of room.  Our little camping trip turned into "Glamping" (or glamour camping).  There was a catch and release pond, swimming pool, Bingo pavilion, volleyball, gaming and pool table room, etc etc.  It was a lot of fun.  That night it thunderstormed and rained pretty hard, but with our glamp tent, we stayed dry.  Later the next day we drove back to Paw Paw for a company pig roast....and found disaster.  WV as well as the boardering states east had experienced a major storm.  Trees were down every where, and the town or as you have it 6 counties had lost power.  The whole town shut down.  No electricity means no gas, ice, stores, etc.  We thankfully were out of power for 2 1/2 days.  Many towns (including the suburbs of DC) are still out of power nearly 2 weeks later.  What's terrible...is the weather had been in the 100's.  It was quite miserable.
