Father's day in DC

We made it out east just in time for Father's day.  I got the great idea to take Les to a baseball game from my sister-in-law Brynne.  Before coming out, I booked us tickets to the Yankee's vs. Nationals game on Friday, and got us a great hotel with a room overlooking the bay in DC.  We just had so much fun rooting for the Nats (that's right...the Nats.  Not that we are fans, but we do not love the Yankee's).  It truly was a great experience, and I could not believe how many Yankee fans came down from NYC to see their team play.  I also couldn't believe how good of sports both sets of fans were.  Cheering and booing, but all in good sport.  Les said it was the best gift we could have gotten him.  The kids also had made him special Father's day gifts as well.  It was a great kick off to summer.
