Candy Sushi..Tea party...and Kung Fu 2

Well...my baby turned 5 on June 1st. Where does the time go? I made up some candy sushi out of twinkies, fruit roll ups and gummy worms to take to school for Kalebs special day (celebrated early). I went down to the party store and bought all the kids chop sticks to eat with their "sushi". They got a kick out of that. I'm always looking for fun ideas for the kids. I happened to think the candy sushi was disgusting...but Kaleb came home with an empty pan, and his teacher reported the kids cleaned their plates. We stopped over to my friend "Aunt Jenni's" house (we've been friends for nearly 19 years)...and Ella, her daughter, demanded a tea party for Kaleb's birthday. She can pretty much get Kaleb to do anything. Then....as many of you know, my father is a die hard Kung Fu Panda fan. Him and Kaleb have been waiting MONTHS for #2 to come out. Poor mom...I bet they have seen Kung Fu Panda 1 at least 25 times, if not more. So, when we asked Kaleb what he wanted to do for his birthday, he announced Kung Fu just came out and him a bompa had a date. So....13 of us went to Kung Fu (yes...bompa was front and center with the kids) and then hit up cold stone afterwards. What a fun day it was.
