Les came home from work last Thursday and told me he was taking us to Ocean City for our anniversary (he had to work the actual day of our anniversary which was Tuesday the 31st). We were all really excited. It was about a 4 1/2 our drive. As soon as we got there, we checked into the hotel...and of course the first thing the kids wanted to do was check out the beach. Last fourth of July we went to Oceanside in Oregon, and a year later we were on the complete opposite coast in Ocean City, MD. We drove about 2 hours through Delaware (another state we get to check off our list), and half of Ocean City is in Delaware while the other half is in Maryland. What a great city this was! The kids got to see a light house, which I am so mad I didn't get one single picture of, walk the board walk, and of course Les and Kaleb took advantage of all the FRESH seafood!
