We were able to take a few hours Christmas Eve and visit Les' grandma and Aunt Melinda in Ogden, Utah. It was such a nice visit...and Les' Grandma is such an amazing woman. She just finished up with her treatments after her second bout with cancer to take a fall off the porch and break her pelvis and have a minor head injury. She was just released from her walker when we arrived. I can not believe at how strong she is. She never seems to amaze me, and is such a trooper. Lindy was so excited to see Les (who is only one year younger than she is)...and of course to see the kids. She kept saying Kaleb is a little Les...and I of course agree. Lindy is special and we all love her. She was so excited to get a picture with my children, and I was so happy that they took to her the way they did. Lindy's dream was to always of kids and I know she has a special bond with them.
